For two nights only, join us for Dining with the Dead, a unique three-course dining experience inspired by the history, legends, and haunting stories of Pennsylvania's anthracite coal region.

As you dine, listen to the chilling Anthracite Tales and uncover the stories of the people, places, and mysterious happenings that shaped coal country. With the atmosphere of the Tunnel Room surrounding you, you may find yourself wondering whether the stories are truly from the past- or if some of their spirits are still here.

Your Three-Course Dining Experience

First Course Options:

Stuffed Pepper Soup

A hearty, comforting soup filled with seasoned ground beef, tender bell peppers, tomatoes, and rice, simmered together in a rich, savory broth.

House Salad

A crisp garden salad featuring fresh iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and carrots served with house ranch or Italian dressing.

Second Course Options:

Crab Mac-n-Cheese

Cavatappi pasta with a blend of cheeses, buttered breadcrumbs, topped with lump crab dusted with old bay seasoning.

Guinness Grilled Chicken

Fresh grilled chicken breast topped with Guinness demi-glace over a bed of caramelized onions and sautéed mushrooms, served with mashed potatoes and a bean and carrot medley.

Shephard's Pie

Fresh vegetables and lean ground beef simmered in Guinness gravy, topped with mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese, then baked.

Irish Pot Roast

Tender pot roast topped with Guinness beef gravy, served with mashed potatoes and a bean and carrot medley.

Third Course Options:

Caramel Apple Pie

Classic apple pie filled with cinnamon spiced apples and finished with a caramel drizzle, topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream.

Chocolate Fudge Brownie

A rich, chocolate fudge brownie with a soft, fudgy center, topped with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream.
