- Take a Celebrity tour of Castle Noel and meet EIGHT of the iconic actors and actresses during the tour. Each actor will tell you a story they experienced during filming.
- See the Movie Props from "A Christmas Story" including the Popcorn Machine. Klaus' purchased it from the original owners. Plus, the toys from the opening scene, Animated Mrs Klaus and more!
- Take a thrilling ride down the giant Red Slide for an unforgettable experience just like in the movie.
- Receive an Autographed, Souvenir 5x7 photo of all EIGHT actors WITH YOU on Santa Klaus Mountain! It's signed by ALL the actors!
- Receive the iconic Autographed, Slide Photo with the Angry Elf, Drew Hocevar, as he pushes you down the slide. HO HO HO.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: TOURS: • Refunds up to 3 weeks before reservation date. Under 21 days there is no refund. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January - September 30th, 2025. • No refund for COVID, illness or inclement weather. Call 24 hours before your tour time, if you cannot make your time. We will be happy to reschedule your tour from January-September 30th, 2025. For tours in November & December we will reschedule tours for January - September 2025. • No refund if someone in your group is unable to come. • If you do not contact us, and are a "no show" for your reservation, there is no refund or rescheduling. DONATIONS to "The Promise of Christmas" are donations to a non-profit Hurricane Relief Event. These are donations to Hurricane Survivors. Donations are NOT tickets and they do not provide access to Castle Noel, Mark Klaus Attractions, or The Promise of Christmas events. •SANTA DAY for Santa's and Mrs. Klaus' ONLY: A full refund two weeks before reservation date. •ROCKET CAR RIDE: A full refund three weeks before reservation date. Under three weeks, no refund, there is no reschedule date.
